"Could Be Easier to Manage"
It works fine overall, but I do think it could be a bit simpler to manage. I’ve used similar products in the past that felt more straightforward, so this one took me a little longer to get comfortable with. Not a bad experience, just could be more user-friendly.

My gig was cancelled at the last minute, so I wasn’t sure what would happen with the tickets or the money I’d paid. I emailed wegottickets and they replied really quickly, explained everything clearly, and got the refund sorted without me having to keep chasing. It all felt reliable and easy to deal with, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely feel comfortable using them again

Used a voucher on wegottickets. It did work in the end. Just not immediately obvious where everything was supposed to go. I had to go back, check the code, look at the basket again. Maybe twice. Slightly annoying, but not a big deal. After I paid, the tickets came through fine. So yeah, it worked. Just could be a bit smoother...

I’ve used wegottickets a few times now i’ve had no issues at all. The tickets came through quickly by email and I got into the venues without any hassle each time. I’m always a bit cautious with ticket sites because the last thing I want is to lose money or turn up and find out something’s wrong, but this felt straightforward and legit. The fees were shown clearly before I paid too, which I appreciated. I’d happily use them again.

I’ve used WeGotTickets a few times now, and annoyingly enough, they keep having tickets when everywhere else has magically run out. It’s quick to find what I’m after, there’s no faffing around, and the whole thing just works, how terribly inconvenient for my cynicism. Happy with it.

Booking the tickets was straightforward overall, and I didn’t run into any major problems. The site does feel a little outdated though, so I found myself double-checking a few details before I felt okay paying. I also had this weird feeling like if I sent a message or had a question, nobody was really going to read it. I bought tickets on my mobile and, to be fair, it was smooth. The pages loaded quickly, payment was simple, and the confirmation email came through straight away. No annoying messing about or confusing steps, which was a nice change. I’d use it again.

Most of the event details were right, which I appreciated, but the door time wasn’t very clear and I had to double-check elsewhere. It’s a small thing, but if that keeps happening, I’d probably start looking for a different site to rely on.

Booking the tickets was easy, and I did it one evening while I was just sitting on the couch after dinner, so no complaints there. The only thing that bugged me was the seating. It felt like the seats were just randomly assigned without much thought, and they could have definitely been better.
